This is for a small technical team already using two agents, or regularly moving work between an agent and a human operator. We instrument one workflow, reproduce its current failure point, and show whether bounded authority, checkpoints, and verification reduce the recovery work.

What the fourteen-day proof includes
Baseline
Map one workflow, its agents, permissions, approval point, current failure, and recovery time.
Governed implementation
Add a bounded request, durable checkpoint, approval binding, one recovery path, and independent completion evidence.
Demonstration
Run the agreed synthetic scenario and capture an audit receipt that separates claims from verified results.
Decision report
Compare recovery time, repeated work, failures, and operator effort. Continue only if the measured result supports it.
Scope and price
$1,500 one-time. One workflow, two agent providers, one approval-gated action, and fourteen calendar days. Custom production connectors, regulated data, additional workflows, and uptime commitments require a separate scope.
We are accepting three external founding partners. Internal demonstrations and owner-run purchases do not count toward that goal.
