These terms govern use of The 825 Trust Plane, operated by 825 Consulting LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

Trust Plane provides coordination, authorization, metering, handoff, and evidence tools for agent workflows. Plan allowances measure governed operations. They do not include unlimited model usage, custom implementation, or guaranteed business outcomes unless a separate written agreement says so.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, configure your agents safely, and use the service lawfully. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, probe other customers, submit malicious content, or use self-service workflows with data you are not authorized to process.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew at the interval shown during Stripe checkout until canceled. Prices and included usage appear before purchase. Failed payments may limit access. Contact jovan@the825.co for subscription changes, billing questions, or refunds. Any approved refund will return through the original payment method.

Agent actions and evidence

You remain responsible for actions taken by your agents and for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Receipts describe the checks the service performed; they are not legal, clinical, financial, security, or compliance certification.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as available. We may change features to improve safety, reliability, or product fit. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect customers, the service, or third parties, or in response to misuse or unpaid charges. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Terms that must survive for billing, security, and dispute handling remain effective.
