The 825 Trust Plane is operated by 825 Consulting LLC. It coordinates bounded agent workflows, records evidence of completion, and provides customer account and billing access.

Information we process

When you sign in with Google, we receive a provider-issued account identifier used to restore your Trust Plane account. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendars, or your Google password. We process plan, usage, credential metadata, workflow receipts, and support communications needed to provide the service.

Payments and credentials

Stripe processes payment details. Trust Plane stores payment references and subscription state, not full card numbers. Agent credentials are displayed once; the service stores hashes and bounded metadata rather than reusable plaintext tokens.

Workflow data

Do not submit regulated, confidential, or personally identifying content unless a written service agreement explicitly permits it. Public self-service workflows are designed for operating-profile declarations and synthetic demonstrations. Audit records use minimized metadata and digests where practical.

Use, retention, and sharing

We use information to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. We share it only with service providers needed for hosting, authentication, payments, and security, or when legally required. Records are retained only as needed for service delivery, security, billing, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can sign out, revoke agent credentials, or request account-access and deletion assistance. Some billing and audit records may need to be retained.
